We just wanted to give you an update regarding our COVID-19 safety procedures and precautions.

As we all know, our state is facing quite a bit of an uptick in positive COVID-19 cases. We totally understand and we empathize with the concern this uptick brings. YOUR safety and our entire team’s safety is MOST important to us, first and foremost. So, in addition to everyone wearing masks, being extremely mindful about washing hands repeatedly, and social distancing with everything we do, we have added a couple more notable safety measures to our routine.

  • We contracted a cleaning company for “bombing” or disinfectant-fogging our stores on an ongoing, weekly basis.
  • Temperature readings. Please, do not be offended that we are taking your temperature. It is merely for each and everyone’s safety. Each staff member has their temperature taken each day before their shift, and we are doing temperature checks with the infrared non-contact thermometers at the door.
  • Sourced special cleaning products for each store, to maintain regular cleaning and disinfecting during the day.
  • HVAC maintenance for proper air ventilation, versus air recirculation. and filter changes have become part of our adherence to making sure we are doing everything we are capable of, in our control, for everyone’s safety and ease of mind.
We also wanted to enforce that we are continuing to offer personalized videos as well as video messaging to communicate so that you have to spend the least amount of time in-store whether you are shopping or if you have already purchased and are picking up a new (or new to you) vehicle. We understand that everyone’s needs are different, we can work with you to make sure you are comfortable and we are all safe.
